Courtney contributes many valuable strengths to Pawsh Veterinary Clinic. She has a warm, welcoming presence and communicates with clients with compassion and clarity. When present, she supports the clinic’s daily operations effectively and helps create a positive experience for both clients and patients. Her ability to connect with people remains one of her most consistent and noticeable strengths.
At the same time, reliability in attendance has been an ongoing area where improvement is needed. Consistency in scheduled shifts is essential to maintaining smooth clinic operations, and this remains to be a challenge for Courtney that has negatively affected the team at times. While we have worked together to address this, it continues to be an important area of professional development for Courtney.
We appreciate the care, enthusiasm, and interpersonal strengths she brings during her shifts and wish her success as she continues to grow in her career.
